1. Quick Notes: The "First Principles" Approach

Chapter 1: Patterns and Sequences

  • Pattern: A rule numbers follow (e.g., $+2, \times3$).
  • Fibonacci: Next number is the sum of previous two ($1, 1, 2, 3, 5\dots$).
  • $T_n$ (Machine): Rule is $+3$ $\rightarrow$ involves $3n$.

Chapter 2: Factorisation & Fractions

  • Expansion: Finding Area given sides. Single, Double (FOIL), Perfect Square.
  • Factorisation: Reverse expansion. Finding sides given Area.
  • Fractions: MUST find a common denominator to add/subtract.
